MIDEM is an expansive engineering company with 30 employees. Our focus is on the process industry. We offer full project solutions and consultancy services within project and program management, process and plant design engineering, mechanical engineering and field installation. Our ambition is to offer our customers access to the best competences on the market within these fields. We are continuously looking for new co-workers and key staff members to our offices in Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Oskarshamn.
Project and Program Management
We are looking for you who are interested in managing projects and/or programs. For the position as Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead projects through all phases such as quotation, design phase, purchase, manufacturing and installation. Some of the projects may consist of some of mentioned phases, some of the projects may consist of all. Our projects extends from a couple of month to several years.
We assume that you have several years of experience of project management. The following are meritorious when appointing the position:
- Natural leadership
- Software such as MS-Office, MS-Project, Primavera
- Formal project management education and/or IPMA/PMI certification
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering
- Business acumen and experience from consulting
